I had a devil of a time getting credit cards to remove their tradelines from my credit reports. I was au on four of my spouses cc's and when they were charged off a couple of years ago 2 of the accounts were stated to be joint when they weren't and the other two showed as au. The credit agency's wouldn't remove but I finally got the two au removed and am still fighting with the other two who now claim the accounts as joint. After they are charged off they won"t even talk to you about them. From now on we are keeping all accounts seperate and no au or joint, its too hard to repair if a problem comes up.good luck,barnes.
