Thanks for your post. I have one card listed as an au and one they listed as joint. For the joint one I called them and asked them to provide me with a copy of the statement I signed. I got a form letter back saying that they couldn't find the "liability form". My husband listed me as au on that card, but I have no idea how it got changed to joint.

The second account is listed as au and was paid in full and closed by us, but it is showing up as late a few times.

I have realized early that this is going to be a huge battle. I figure if they can't provide me with anything I signed they should stop reporting it.
