Did you call them to find out the status of your cart BEFORE you "figured" it was lost? If you took your BMW to the dealer and they gave you a loaner, wouldn't you find out what's going on BEFORE you customize their car? Just a thought. I'd be suprised if there is a statute of limitations for your situation. Usually, property falls under different laws.
