This is not surprising - these are bottom feeders. They are notorious for giving false information, have been fined by the FTC and who knows what else. They are owned by OSI who also owns Perimeter and Account Portfolio (also fined by FTC for violations). Do not pay them another cent. Do not contact them by phone. Get a copy of any previous correspondence that CCCS has - it is your right. By the way, if G.S. is working with CCCS why are they contacting you (one of their scams probably)? Any correspondence MUST be done in writing, cert. mail, return receipt or by USPS priority mail w/delivery confirmation. Demand that they cease all communications with you. Too bad you already went to CCCS.
