If you are an authorized user you are not responsible for the debts. I think the next step would be to demand they validate the debts are yours. They will not be able to do that. Once they fail to validate within 30 days you demand that they remove this false info from "YOUR" credit report. BTW, you should do everything in writing (cert.mail/ret.rec.). Also look through the posts on this site for info.
