Was payment for full amount owed? If payment was by personal check you should be able to find out if the check was cashed. You must respond, however, to this summons stating payment was made - provide copy of proof. You also need to have the attorney who filed suit against you withdraw the suit - DEMAND IT (by cert. mail).
