If you "borrowed" the $$ the last week of Feb. Your first "bill" would have been April (For March) your delinquency would have been in May. So your SOL for DEFENDING against a law suit will begin in May 2002. HOWEVER,they can still file suit against you and you will have to prove none of the time was "tolled".The CRA's generally disregard the 180 days leeway they have on removing an account after 7 years. It is there to prevent penalties against them in the event of reporting errors from the CA's.
