If they sent you a letter implying that a legal action had occurred(judgement) this is ANOTHER volation of the FDCPA and should be included in your complaint to the FTC and the Ohio AG. Are you past the 4year SOL for credit cards in Ohio? Don't let them scare you--they are using all these illegal tactics that they wouldn't use if they had any legal ground to stand on.
