incorrect personal information

hi guys, i just got my second credit report (this time from experian) and noticed that my personal history is incorrect, and that one of the names is also incorrect. what should i do about this, do i write them and ask them to change it? i don't want someone else's name on my credit report! thanks so much for all your help,
