Maybe the attorney you talked with could give you some assistance in filing the proper forms, motions, etc. with the court in Georgia so a judgement could not be entered. Are you sure you are being sued by Citibank and not a collection agency? You have every right to a hearing no matter what those other scum attorneys say. Did you ask the attorney you talked how much they would charge to file the necessary court paperwork for you? Might be worth it. They know the proper legal language.
