If you have never received a letter from them, it is possible that this is a scam. Next time you get a call, tell them to send a letter, and you will reply, If they ask for your address, DO NOT GIVE IT.It is easy for these "scam ca's" to pirate information and try to collect (usually by wire to a mail drop)
