Here is my favorite;
Including the "identity fraud" phrase puts them on notice of not only FDCPA violations, but also the Privacy Act.Stating that "this is not a refusal to pay" is a legal way of NOT acknowledging any debt. If you are in a State that regulates CA's, I would add a demand for proof that they are registered,licensed and bonded to to business in your State.
