I understand what you are saying and agree that I should be going after GulfState as well...which I am, beleive me!! lol. However, the credit bureaus have an obligation to ensure only accurate information is maintained in their records. They have to take reasonable measures to prevent the reappearance of unverified data. This is where they are violating. Also, they must notify me within 5 days of the reinsertion, they do not, again a violation. Of course it would be wonderful if GulfState would just stop reporting it, but in the mean time, they are both in violation.
