Just got a harrassing phone call from a collector who called me names and threatened to sue me for an unpaid dept with Discover Card Services. Tried to get some information from me, then basically hung up on me. I was nothing by nice to the gentleman and am not sure how anyone could be so rude. Linda, is there a statue of limitations of a company suing a person for an unpaid debt.
