Just wanted to add that on the second line of their attachement they state, "The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt owed is: Premier West Bank"
But this isn't true, it should be Company ABC right? Is there any violation here of the FDCPA? I don't want to sue or anything like that but if it is a violation i do think it should be reported to the FTC.
