If this was a court-ordered judgement you can file "Contempt of Court" charges against him. And he may be guilty of forgery (hmmm - another charge). You need to do something about this. BTW - SOL means the statute of limitations has passed and it would be difficult for a creditor to get judgement against you (you may have to present that the SOL is past). Also, the creditors might join with you in seeking action against your ex. But I'd hold off on that for the time being. Do you have a copy of the order that stipulates what debts your ex was ordered to pay? Time & time again we hear this.
