If you credit is down the drain anyway,you should see a lawyer and file BK- they can't take anything from you in Fl.If they succeed in getting a judgment against you, you will have to defend yourself against liens on your vehicles,seizure of any rec. vehicle like your Harley, attachments of bank accounts etc. Either fight the judgment, or do BK. Either way you need a lawyer.
