Wow! send a copy of the green signature card and letter to your Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, you State Banking Commission and anywhere else you can think of. Chase needs to be reported to any agency that can pursue this further. And you need a copy of the letter of agreement between CCCS & Chase regarding this as well.
This is outrageous!
