Does this judgment show on your credit report? Send a rrr letter to the ca, use the id fraud, dispute, validation one posted several times in this forum. Send a letter to the court where this judgment is supposed to have been entered, inform them you are a victim of identity fraud. Request any information on this judgment ASCRIBED to you be sent to you for legal action against the parties fraudulently filng it.Send a letter to Sears,advising them you are a victim of identity fraud and they do not have your permission to release any information to any unauthorized party. Go on line and file a complaint with the FTC
and your State's consumer protection department.
