I have been making payments with the hosptial.
Yes, I do have a letter stating the agreement. All my monthly payments bills also show the agreement amount.
They said that they did not turn my account over to NCO and they did accept my check for payment.

I had decided to go ahead and keep the original agreement and keep paying the hospital directly.

I was at the hospitals billing office personaly and asked to make sure that there were no changes to the original agreement. They said that it would stay the same.
