Julian Bracklin is not listed in the Al. Bar Assoc. Where did you find his address? How is he listed?
Here is what I found so far- the tel# is listed to an operation called Asset Recovery or ARI, tey have an internet spam ad running to get "work-at-home" amateur debt collectors.
