Small Claims Court? File # ? Check with the court to make sure. Send an answer as per the site I gave you, MAKE SURE you notify them of the date of your FIRST delinquency (30 days) from your Experian report. State that any suit is time-barred. Make sure (if it is an actual summons) that your answer is delivered to the Court & the attorney registered return receipt.
