Thanks for the info....I'm going to try that tomorrow. Someone also told me that I can write to demand that the CRA I got the address from remove this listing on the grounds that they are reporting inaccurate information? Anyways, I found a web address for NCO Group, which apparently also goes by the name of NCO Financial Systems and maybe another similar name. It is http://www.ncogrup.com
