I'm in Florida and considering bankruptcy. I have two Visa cards in perfect standing as well as store cards that are also fine. The large debt is on about a half dozen other Visa/MC cards. Can I keep the cards I want, such as the good Visa if I claim bankruptcy. One lawyer said yes, another said no. Does anyone know the correct answer?
