Thank you, Why Chat....but where exactly does it say that they have to report GOOD credit? Their argument is that they only have to report BAD credit, not GOOD. I'm trying to find some wording that states otherwise. If I use this they may just decide it's better for them to pay the $100 I had to pay upfront for the cell phone because of their not having reported my credit...is there wording anywhere that states they HAVE to report it? Perhaps it's saying it in what you quoted and I'm just not seeing it..I appreciate your time.
