Hello!
I need to get this resolved.
Why chat I have looked for the URL or phone # for the FTC, (MI)I cant find it anywhere. Also any other links or contacts to nail this dirty so called collection agency.
I did go to budhibbs.com and found that First select is listed as one of the worst collectors. Im sure you already knew that.
I hope I have a leg to stand on with all this. Im just the horrible little consumer in this case, I know they would like to eat me for breakfast. LOL
I cant get an email back from the state of mi collection licenseing dept although I spoke with her briefly on the phone and she said it doesnt matter as long as they own the debt, but I didnt know they didnt until I had to do some digging around.
All I do know is that WWR doenst have a license to collect. And First select is an out of state collector.
I would appreciate any links to addys or numbers that you have, I want to get this rolling today.
