Help!! Again!!Rights with verbal abuse and crediotrs

ok by now i have talked to creditors who want to pass judgement on our accounts / cards from several mall stores that have charged off I spoke with different agents who handled different account through same company World Financial Network Bank. first lady was cool she said I should consider debt consolidation or bankruptsy after I explained medical bills and job change. These are "Audit" investigators since we had cards lerner, limited ,structure ect.. different investigators had them which i really only need to deal with one and they said they would put it on the files to let everyone know what situation is. She said we have 60 days to act before turned over to attorneys after prying information out of someone to tell me that. Later that after noon after my posts on here i got home to find out i had another investigator i did not talk too call so I called her back to let her know and repeated my situation to her. She became very irate and told me how sorry i was and I probably got fired form job and it seems i had a credit problem and I was basically stealing from her company. I kept talking and told her to tape conversation please. i wanted a supervisor she said i have no rights to speak to a supervisor and basically I broke a contract with world financial and i have no rights for anything like that and she wanted to know what we made monthly and stated my wife cant seem to put the cards down and i told her why the pot shots the other investigators were nice she said i am not a nice person. I said well If i was stealing why did I make payments on this account since 1996 and just til last sept i became deliquint. she would not let me get word in edge wise i told her i was taping conversation in 60 sec. She continued to call me and my wife cowards ect, to the point i should of hung up but pride got in way I called her a f@#ing b!Tc# excuse my french but it was to the point she was making verbal acusations and attack i kept her going having tape run then tae ran out and my machine said recording started for some reason instead of stopped but then her loudness came to halt. she hung up on me we gave several attempts to call back but she kept answering i let my wife call this point and my wife wanted supervisor they would not get no one on phone and stated we have no right to speak with one. I was like wtf?What are my rights to verbal abuse like this is it just a way to scare me into paying and what can i do against them on something like that?
