Won't sue and go away? Not at $33,000. If you don't pay or file Bankruptcy I can almost guarantee they will sue. If you're thinking of bankruptcy you should probably do it before new laws go into effect. I'm not sure how or if a BK will effect your wife but you would probably be able to keep your vehicle under current laws. Go talk to a BK attorney, the consultation is free.
