Thanks, my intention is to wait until I get the "validation" from CAMCO and then decide what I need to do. The debt is supposedly from Capital One for around $3200 and has been supposedly sitting on the guy at CAMCO's desk since November. What is so odd is that I turned everything I had over to CCCS and have not heard anything from Cap One about a supposedly overdue bill (I check everything monthly to make sure everything is being paid as expected) that is until I started getting calls from the guy at CAMCO.
So if the bill in congress got out of the snafu over the abortion question and went to "dubyah" and of course he signed it- How long would it be for it to go into effect as law?
