Actually, NO, I do not recall signing any additional paperwork like that at all. I'm usually pretty skeptical when stuff like that comes in the mail from a creditor, and when it has words like 'compulsory' in the, I will most likely round-file the stuff !!

Guess I'm ok on that point then.

As for the bankruptcy, I'm in the process of pulling together my expenses and asset valuation so I'm as prepared as possible once I choose an attorney to do this. I'm aware of MBNA's major role in the new BK legistation too. Since it'll take 6 months after the President signs new legistation for it to actually take effect, and since they're still working thru it and its not even on Bush's desk yet, I figure I've got a little time.
