All debts are individual debts, but I am married, although the mortgage is still in my name. If I sell the house, the funds are NOT going to be on my account, in fact, it will be deposited into a foreign account. The bike is mine, however I'm still making payments on it for a few more months. My wife is new in this country, so she doesn't have enough credit yet to put her name on the MTG papers.
