I am considering filing bankruptcy and I am married. It will be only on me and not on my spouse. The attorney said that I could reaffirm any good standing accounts and the accounts we have jointly. Question, Will this affect my spouse's credit or will there be any adverse reactions from creditors towards my spouse? My spouse has A1 credit.
