I have been transfring balances and making alot of purchases. Although I do not pay them all off at once, I do pay several hundred over the minimum each month. I get the specail offers to transfer balances (2.9% APR) but my APR for purchases is 12.65%. Is this a good rate or could I reasonably hope to lower that also.
