Ok, so then you have an out. If you can, transfer the balance to one or more of your other cards (if you can't transfer it to one card, transfer what you can to the card with the lowest APR first).

Contact the company that is upping their interest rates and notify them that unless the can give you a better APR you will not do buisness with them in the future and are canceling your card.

As a final insult if you are affiliated with any groups or orginizations tell the company that you will be notifying all of your friends not to do buisness with them in the future also. It really won't sting them, but you will end up feeling better after you hang up.
