I DO check credit reports- 3 times this year because this is our 3rd mortgage (3 houses) with Cendant, this year. Credco did the CR on the 2nd mortgage last July, and we applied for the 3rd mortgage as our house was selling CBC did the CR. Both CBC and CR are the IMR's. We sent all the correcting info to Cendant on the 2nd. They didn't even bother to look at our last application before they ran the CBC report. I ran 3 new reports, found all 3 had removed the FRAUD alert, Equifax had put in information they deleted (I have the records) only Experian had the correct CR except for the fraud alert but CBC doesn't look at that.
NO way to get ahold of CBC. Loaded with misinformation especially employment.
