How do I Determine when 7 yrs are up??

I have several charge - offs. How do I determine when they began
(when the 7 yrs are up) And how can I keep the original
creditor and collection agency from both reporting to Credit
Agencies? Also how do I get Third party agencies to leave me
alone? Once the statute of limitations (4yrs in Texas) has run
out, can they do anything if I tell them to get lost? As you
can see my seven years are about up and I have some really good
credit now (an new house, new car, 2 credit cards), but those 5
or so old accounts are really hurting my rating bad! I really
need some assistance in cleaning up this mess the right way
please.
