Sprint Canada had disconnected me from internet services.
Had a phone call from an employee, in which I had made
arrangements to pay the total bill at the end of Sept.
They in turn put me with Equfax
credit services.
Recieved a call from a Mr Daniels, telling me that if
i
didnt pay further actions would be taken and i couldnt
use sprint for 7 years.By the end of the conversation,
I could count on one hand the number of threats he made.
Mr Daniels told me he called me and left messages there
were no messages on my machine and he told me I had 3
options of payment all of which required an extra fee,
also mentioned that letters had been sent to me,I recieved
2 letters 2 days after this conversation then the day
I made half payment i recieved 3 more calls from Equfax.
This was uncalled for.
