Look up your State in the website I use for SOL's.on my Website or posted under general information for newcomers,scroll to the bottom of your State's info.see what the requirements are, if any for licensing and or bonding for CA's. IF there are requirements, ask them to produce proof of their being licensed in your State. If the return address for them is from Another State, look up THAT State's requirements.
