Here's a twist for you. I have never missed a payment til recently and I recently qualified for new house. I am planning on moving to that house soon and letting the house go back to the banks. I know they will all probably sue me but it's better to move into the new house before my credit is scared for many years. Once I get into this house I won't really care about qualifying for future mortgages since this is my dream house and I wanna live here forever. Will they just attach liens to the new house or what? Thanks again everyone.
