Hayley and her husband are struggling due to medical bills for a special needs child...this is what they are burdened with...not willy nilly credit card debt. I think that a nice explanation re:secured and unsecured debt is appropriate here. I tried to do just that for Haley a minute ago. Hayley...if you are reading this go to your original post please.
This guy better bone up on bk 'cause he is on foreclosure's front doorstep...and while he is under the automatic stay he better hope to get it straightened out b4 all 3 mortgagees file a motion for a relief of stay!
