Gee- if I had known that I wouldn't have bothered to post all that nefarious info about getting out from under!!. If I were you, I would give your "old" first mortgage holder a heads up as soon as you close on the new house.Don't leave them holding the bag. Iowa, like most Western States, is very clannish in their banking arrangements.
