If you have successfully avoided any judgments being filed against you because of your moves, I would strongly urge you to leave everything alone. The repo is considered probably as a written contract, which in Ohio is 15 years. IF they know where you are, it is POSSIBLE for them to file against you in Ohio, with service on you in Cal.You would have to get a lawyer, plead for change of venue, and you would likely THEN be sued in Cal. as on vehice repo laws, the State's laws on foreign judgments are different than on cc debt. So to answer your question, I would NOT do anything if I were you.
