Hi Observer... First, thank you for the notes yesterday. I have a few additional questions based on your comments. How does my 2nd mortgage become unsecured if I file BK? and.. I "thought" from reading discussions that I would be a great candidate for not filing and just letting the credit card debt go.... because I have no assets to protect. If not, then what type of scenario would this apply to? Thanks again
