A CA can only call neighbors in an attempt to locate you if they do not have your current address - like "does so-and-so still live at xxx address?" If you have the names and addresses of the CA's send a letter stating that all their contacts with you must be in writing, they must stop trying to call you on the phone. Do not send a regular cease and desist letter, you could get sued, the debts are not old enough. Linda
