I have responded to Daniela's post...don't be doing any happy dances as this bill WILL pass...and soon...most probably after the NOV elections. this was not a "consumer" win this was politicking at its worst! Remember forewarned is forearmed...read the act it is H.R. 333...make sure its the latest version...and you will see the far reaching effects it is going to have on the way credit is handled in this country.
