I'm very new to all of this as well. But like they told me when I got here. You need to calm down first of all! You need to find out if the collections agency is even bonded in your state. Did you ever receive any collection letters from the agency that's suiing? When were you first late on making a payment? Before anyone can give much advice here they'll need to know the above.
