Thanks for the response Scott. They did itemize everything and that is part of the papers I signed. So I guess I am SOL on this using it in a chapter 13 or debt consolidation. I am wondering...........has anyone been successful with negoiating a lower finance charge to help with the repayment if you can show that you are having finacial hardship? Just wondering.
