I agree with Observer,since your house is almot paid off, you could certainly start increasing your payments on your credit cards once you no longer have house payments. You would not qualify for any BK if, as you say, you can pay things off in 4 years. Consider yourselves fortunate to be ABLE to pay your debts AND have a paid for home.
