Have her send a letter stating they are in violation of the Bankruptcy Act, have her give the date and file # of her BK, have her file a complaint, on line with the FTC and send a copy of the file # of her FTC complaint along to Providian, I believe there is also a special website, it may be within the FTC website for complaints dealing with attempts to collect on debts discharged in BK.
