You are not subject to any legal action on any debt that is that old, but you need to fight the con artists scam collection agency.

If you can't do it yourself, get legal help, my website (link on post for "newcomers") has a link to the NACA site, find a lawyer in your area who is experienced in debt collection and FDCPA law.

Scott is correct, you may wind up with a paid for vehicle and enough $$ to start a family!!
